Workers Compensation & Personal Injury Attorneys

Our Mission & Services

The Alberhasky Law Firm, located in Springfield, MO, is exclusively dedicated to representing injured workers and their spouses, as well as children and dependents in claims for workers’ compensation benefits and injury lawsuits. We focus primarily on cases regarding medical care, workers compensation, prosthetics, mileage, disability, and more. We also handle cases regarding survivor benefits for families of workers whose injury resulted in death. If you have experienced such an unfortunate circumstance as being seriously injured on the job, we understand the difficulties you’re going through. We conduct our services with care and compassion, making the process as easy as it should be for someone in your situation. We treat these and all of our cases with the sensitivity and care that they deserve. No one wants to end up seeking legal aid to receive the benefits that are rightfully theirs, but when the time comes, The Alberhasky Law Firm is here to help.

Dedicated To Missouri Communities

Dr. John Padilla once said that “If you can help someone and you don’t, it is a sin.” The Alberhasky Law Firm builds its ethos around this very idea. We believe a person should help another whenever possible and give back to the community as much as possible, to the greatest extent of their means. The Alberhasky Law Firm, P.C. has established various programs and scholarships to help give back to the Springfield, MO, community, and the state of Missouri as a whole. These efforts include:

  • The Major Mike Martinez scholarship at the University of Missouri School of Law. This scholarship honors a fellow 1998 MU Law School alum who died serving his country in Iraq.
  • Charity Work is another central focus of The Alberhasky Law Firm, P.C. We also sponsor several charities in the Springfield, MO, area, including the Cub Scouts and St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy.
  • The Alberhasky Law Firm, P.C. sponsors the University of Missouri Law School Veterans Clinic, which provides free legal services to veterans in need.
